What to upload, and what happens to it
- Files we accept. PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB. PDFs up to 5 pages — upload just the quote pages, not the whole folder.
- Best results. The purchase order, buyer’s order, finance worksheet or lease sheet — the page with the itemised charges. A flat, well-lit photo reads as well as a scan.
- How it’s read. An automated document model transcribes the figures. No person reads your quote, and nothing is invented — every number in your report comes off the document or from the values you confirm.
- How long we keep it. Your uploaded file is deleted within 24 hours of the analysis. You can delete the whole report, and everything in it, from the report page at any time.
- If we can’t read it. You aren’t charged. We check the document before asking for payment, and refund in full if a paid report turns out unusable.
